We offer reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa through our trusted courier partners.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days during operating hours
(Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed outside of operating hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Where possible, orders placed before daily courier cut-off times will be prepared for collection on the same business day.

Orders placed after courier cut-off times will be collected on the next business day.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch are as follows:

  • Gauteng (local): 1–2 business days
  • Major centres: 2–3 business days
  • Outlying / regional areas: 3–5 business days


Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, and external factors outside of our control.

 

Shipping Costs

We offer a nationwide flat rate of R110 for all deliveries within South Africa.

Shipping fees are applied at checkout and clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly communicated on our website at the time of promotion.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched:

Delivery is managed by our courier partners.

While we will assist where possible, delays or disruptions may occur that are outside of our direct control.


Damaged Deliveries

We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive safely.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and product.

This timeframe is required for any return or claim relating to damage and aligns with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may result in the claim being declined.

 

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.

We are not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided.
