Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At G & C Atelier, each fragrance is prepared and presented with intention.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers may be entitled to return goods within 7 days of delivery. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, returns are not accepted on items that have been opened, used, or where the seal has been broken.
Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged on arrival, or
- The incorrect item was supplied
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and product.
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Failure to report issues within the required timeframes may result in the return request being declined.
This policy operates in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons:
We do not accept returns on opened or used products
- Items with broken seals or signs of use are not eligible for return
- Fragrance preferences (including scent expectations) do not qualify for return

Refunds & Replacements
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on the part of G & C Atelier, we will cover the cost.
Otherwise, return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.
